Sometimes you come across a love that is so apparent and obvious, that it’s actually tangible! Not only can you see it, you can feel it! Here are just a few reasons why Shane and Ashley’s love story could be a script from a romantic box office hit:
1. She’s a beautiful dancer who fell in love with a handsome rugby player…who happens to love dance too!
2. They call each other quite affectionately, cub and bug.
3. They are proud parents to a legion of stuffed animals that they adore. Really, it’s true!
4. Baddeley is now their shared last name – hence their wedding hashtag of #baddeleyinlove.
Seriously, you can’t make this stuff up – these two lovebirds actually do exist and make for dream wedding videography!
Amongst the many reasons why Shane and Ashley share an epic love, they are truly the sweetest pair! From the minute we met these two, there was instant chatter – they are just so easy to talk to! Funny, friendly, and extremely trusting! These two booked us long before we even met them, and boy, were we flattered! The fact that they trusted in both our work and us, before they even confirmed whether or not we were crazies (LOL!), shows a lot about our connection before we met. We think coming together to make their wedding video was just meant to be!
Their wedding was held at the gorgeous venue, Century Barn in Cavan, Ontario. If you’re looking for a countryside wedding with charm, character and everything in between, please take a look at this space! The owners Susan and Dave are lovely, and we have no doubt you will have the best time working with them to make your dream wedding into a reality! We must also mention the super moms of the bride and groom here. They were critical to the visual success of the reception space – creating that jaw dropping moment for all the guests when they walked into the barn. Shane’s mom did all the AMAZING decor and Ashley’s mom baked all the delectable goodies (including the stunning wedding cake!). Seriously, it reminded me why moms are the best 🙂
To the stunning couple, thank you once again for choosing us to capture your beautiful day. It was a privilege to witness your union and film two people we know are just meant to be together! You are, no doubt, truly and deeply #baddeleyinlove.
Until the next post,
Joanie x
