READY TO GO DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE?

Graydon Hall Manor | Toronto Wedding | Tiffany + Victor

‘Did P. Diddy meet us in a previous life and somehow invite us to a party in the Hamptons?’ This was what we were thinking to ourselves as we walked into Tiffany and Victor’s dream wedding at Graydon Hall Manor. It was literally that – a dream. All day we couldn’t help but gush about how surreal everything was and ask, ‘is this really happening?’.

Here’s a list of standout WOWs from this wedding – it’s a long list – so get comfortable…

We were surrounded by guests dressed in white (reminded us of another all-white wedding we filmed – Norris + Glenna), situated in the most gorgeous setting (as if transported to another world!), filming the most gorgeous couple inside and out, stunned by the wedding dress that only the bride could pull off (never seen anything like it before – shout out to the designer Wang Meng), watching people jump up and down in a bouncy castle, serenaded by a talented choir, enjoying the latest hits from a four-piece brass band, learning about Danish culture and traditions, getting rained on with personalized cash money, getting hyped on the dance floor by a giant teddy bear, wishing we could drink the shareable mojitos being brought in with sparklers, dreaming of romance as the couple had their first dance surrounded by even more sparklers, witnessing a love like no other….whew….and honestly, that’s not even all this wedding had to offer! It was a doozy, and we knew we had to do it justice when it came to editing their video! Hopefully as wedding videographers, we captured the essence of these two and their incredible love story that spans across the world, cause it really is one for the history books!

We actually first met Tiff over skype. She was in her car after work, and it was literally the quickest consultation we’ve ever had. She loved our videos and knew she wanted us, so there really weren’t any questions she needed us to answer! She basically just said, ‘where do I sign?’ We love that she had so much faith in us and what we do. Although that piled on the pressure, we were happy and grateful to be the ones to tell her and Victor’s love story. I also have to mention that her Q&A was a solid 12 out of 10 – and I’m not being generous! She gave me the best answers, so completely raw and unique – I had the hardest time picking what to use cause I could’ve used it ALL.

Such a great woman needs a great partner by her side…in steps Victor! We met him for the first time on the wedding day, and we honestly felt as if we knew him for ages! He is just so super warm and friendly that it made it easy to bond with him so quickly. From everything that was said through the speeches that night and through Tiffany’s Q&A, we knew Victor was definitely one-of-a-kind. He’s one of those guys that make other men nervous. Us ladies can’t help but nudge our significant others and say, ‘seriously, can you be more like him??’ Henry got a few of those nudges after the wedding day LOL!

Luckily for us, their photographer was Mario from Avangard Photography. We’ve worked with him so many times in the past and love it every time! One of those weddings was for Mekhala and Owen’s big day. It’s just so seamless at each wedding and we just enjoy being in his company! It doesn’t hurt that he’s super talented as well – we love his photos so much and he did an amazing job with Victor and Tiff’s! They even got featured in Toronto Life – check it out!

Their big day was held at the stunning Graydon Hall Manor. We’ve been wanting to film here for ages! We heard so many great things and seen photos of the venue but it couldn’t prepare us for what we saw in person. Like we said before, we felt as if we were transported to a whole other world. We didn’t feel like we were in Canada anymore. It was the perfect setting for a perfect wedding.

Thank you Tiff and Victor for letting us feel cool for a day. Being at this exclusive all-white affair was an absolute dream. We’ll forever remember it and have stories to tell our grandkids one day haha!

Until the next post,
Joanie and Henry x
