Ever since corona virus and social distancing was a thing, many of us have had to quarantine and self isolate at home essentially. This gave us some newfound time to bake bread, try new recipes, binge-watch Netflix and basically throw away all of our clothes that don’t fit anymore! Besides gorging on food and TV though, we thought the extra time could be spent more usefully by finally working on a creative project that we’ve been putting off for a while now.
Enter our baby girl Lea. Having her as the star of the show was a given from the start. Even when we were throwing around different ideas for the video in the early stages, the only concrete thing we knew was that Lea was going to be part of the action in front of the camera! We knew she was a star the moment she was born…this video of our pregnancy journey and 1 year recap of Lea’s life, is still our favourite video of all time!
When we finally came up with this idea, we just happened to realize that it naturally fit with the surreal times we are living in right now! It was such a crazy coincidence and worked out perfectly with what we were trying to achieve (that is, throwing people off until the very end of the video).
