If you googled ‘opposite of bridezilla’, Aneta’s image would be plastered all over the screen! From the minute we met her (we didn’t get a chance to meet Arek until later on), she centered the conversation around us – she talked about my pregnancy, how she could accommodate us at the wedding, what she needed to do to make our jobs as wedding videographers easier, all while giving us compliments left, right, and center, making our heads massive along the way! She is the sweetest person you could imagine, and she is so, to everyone she meets. Our label of ‘sweetest person alive’ was confirmed when we were sitting at the vendors’ table at their reception. Every single vendor couldn’t stop talking about how easy it was to work with Aneta. So seriously, it’s not just us singing her praises!
After our initial meeting, we thought, a genuine man must be in the picture to match a woman like Aneta…and of course, in walks Arek! We met him a couple of weeks before the wedding and boy, after just the first few mins, we knew his love for her was raw, real, and everything a girl could hope for! I mean look at THAT LOOK in the picture above – it says it all! I’m sure we don’t have to go on telling you how honest and genuine Arek is, you can just tell from the answers he gave during his Q&A on the wedding day. It didn’t feel rehearsed, nor did it feel like the answers you’re supposed to give, he just laid everything out on the table from the heart! During the meeting we had a jaw-dropping moment when Aneta showed us a picture of her wedding gift from him that very morning…let’s just say it had a pretty bow on it – we could only say ‘O.M.G’! They didn’t leave us out, we got a present too – for our little Lea! Three gorgeous little dresses, yes, I said three! Not only sweet, but a super thoughtful pair.
I touched on the vendors’ table above, but need to mention that we had a blast during the reception with each and every one of them! They are not only super talented, but lovely people as well! Grenville Pinto was already famous in our eyes before we even met him. During our initial consultation, Aneta could not stop talking about how amazing he was and how happy she was that she booked him for her wedding day. He totally lived up to the hype! Every single guest was immersed in his performance and he got them all up and dancing by the end of the night! Totally recommend adding him to your evening festivities if you’re looking for something unique to wow your family and friends! We also met the lovely Karina from Goldenview Photography and working with her was such a breeze. She was just so easy-going and communicated with us throughout the whole day/night. We were both on the same page – we wanted the couple to have the best photos AND wedding video possible – we did whatever we needed to do to work together and make that happen! The band, Polmix, was also sitting with us, and they were a hoot! Kept everyone on their feet all night and kept us laughing at the table 🙂
What an amazing day and night it was – filled with love, music, dancing, and FOOD! Our bellies were 10 times the size it was at the beginning of the day thanks to the delectable catering Aneta ordered. A huge thanks to the two of you for letting us witness your union, for letting us enjoy in the performances of the night, and for feeding us…LOTS!!!
