Graydon Hall Manor Wedding Video | Cynthia + Brian

A major part of why we love what we do is the amazing people we get to meet and learn more about. We often find ourselves inspired by the couples we get to work with and this was definitely the case with Cynthia and Brian. I don’t think there has been another time when both Joanie and I teared up so much during the editing process. Every time we reviewed the ever-progressing edit, our eyes watered up again. This didn’t feel like work for us at all, it felt like so much more, and we were honoured to be the ones chosen to tell their story. I’m gonna let the video do most of the work in terms of showing you how amazing this couple was, so I’ll stop here!

Both the wedding ceremony and reception was held at Graydon Hall Manor. This venue never fails to impress us! We absolutely love shooting here. The last time we were at Graydon Hall was back in 2017 for Tiffany + Victor’s wedding. If you are looking for a wedding that has space for every part of your wedding day from beginning to end, you have to check out this venue. It was the perfect choice for Cynthia as we whole-heartedly agree with the groomsmen that said she looked like a princess walking out of a castle when entering the wedding ceremony. For a Disney lover, this venue was the perfect backdrop for royalty!

I know we said we would let the video do the talking, but I feel the need to say at least a few words to describe Cynthia though – elegant, poised, classy, genuine, honest and kind. That may be more than a ‘few’ words, but honestly, there are so many more adjectives we could say about her after only meeting on this one day! We haven’t come across someone that carries themselves in such a way before! It probably has a lot to do with her mom, the angel watching over her in the sky. The same sky holding all the stars that Brian and Cynthia were watching the night of their very first kiss. We are sure Cynthia’s mom played a role in the spark that happened between the couple that night. We will never forget the powerful and touching tribute to her as each bridesmaid walked down the aisle and laid down a single red rose on a seat up front at the ceremony. Tears and goosebumps just thinking about it.

Cynthia and Brian, thank you so much for trusting us to capture and edit your story. You gave us so much to work with, and it was inevitable that a beautiful video was going to be the result. On a separate note, Brian, we could’ve used all the excerpts from your Q&A! You definitely know how to tell a story too and are the best at describing Cynthia and your love for her. You made our jobs a lot easier, so thank you 🙂

Wishing you both nothing but the best in this next chapter in your lives!

Love,
Henjo x
